We hope you had a wonderful year! As we celebrate our 30th year of providing tax preparation services, we want to express our sincere gratitude for your continued trust and support!
Here's What You Need to Know this Tax Season- please read the entire message!
No In-Person Meetings: To streamline the process and continue to maintain safety, we will not be holding in-person meetings this year.
Instead, you can:
-Drop off your documents
-Mail your documents
-Upload all documents via our secure client portal (please send only one file for easy processing).
Secure Document Transmission: For your privacy and security, we strongly encourage using the client portal for all document uploads. This is the safest way to send and receive important tax information. Click here to Login
Processing Order: Tax returns will be prepared in the order they are received. We ask for your patience as we work through all submissions.
Review Call: Once your return is complete, we will schedule a brief phone meeting to go over everything with you. We will reach out when it’s time to review your return.
No Need to Call About
Document Delivery: Please refrain from calling us to let us know you’re dropping off or mailing your documents. We are monitoring all submissions and will notify you once we have received everything.
Payments & E-file signatures : You will receive two separate emails after your Tax Review with Ed.
-One will contain the link to electronically sign your return. All taxpayers are required to sign. If you do not have access to email, you will need to sign manually.
-The other will be an invoice from Tax Express for this year’s tax preparation fee.
In the invoice email, you will have the option to pay via credit or debit card.
We kindly ask that you sign your return and submit payment promptly, as tax returns will not be processed for pick-up until payment is received. If you have opted for fee collect (payment from your refund), you can disregard this step. Please note that the invoice email may take 24 to 48 hours to arrive, as this is an automated process, and your return is moving to the next stage.
