Telephone Answering Hours

We understand that these new procedures may be challenging for some, and we appreciate your patience. Due to our remote operations, our telephone hours are limited. We are regularly checking messages and will return calls within 24 hours unless it’s an emergency. We are working hard to address all concerns, but please note that both our telephone and office hours have been reduced to help manage the high volume of paperwork, calls, and virtual appointments.

Saturday: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Drop-off & Pick-Up Hours

Tax Return Telephone Review Times

We’ve set specific hours for tax return reviews. Please note that you will receive an email when Ed is ready to review your return. Reviews will be conducted in the order that complete documentation is received and return preparation is complete. We will not schedule reviews in advance.

Tuesday & Friday: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Wednesday: 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM
